For the next 2 weeks I am continuing our A-Z of Play Series but not at my home and not with my own kids, but with my friend’s (that lives in the US) kiddos! This is quite a challenge for me since there is a toddler too who wants to be included in all activities and I have to work around the materials/supplies found in their house! So this week for letter Q we painted with Q-tips!
Painting with Q-tips are easy to set up, and you only need paint, paper and Q-tips!
The older 2 had different colours to work with and after I showed the the idea they just went for it. The eldest loves Angry Birds and that reflects in her cute painting.
I only gave the 2year old one colour initially, although he did experiment with all the rest at the end. It was very good for his fine motor skills- handling the tiny Q-tip.
This was a super fun idea, with minimum setup and clean up.
