I am a bit crazy about felt, and felt busy boxes are just so fun! Have you seen this Felt Busy Box Ebook yet? 14 ideas with templates, check it out! Today I’m sharing a brand new idea: friendly felt monsters! Mix and match and create all kinds of friendly monsters!
Felt monsters
You will need:
– a variety of colours of felt
– googly eyes

Cut different shapes for bodies, legs, arms, eyes, mouths, noses etc.(I will add a template soon)
Add these to a small plastic(or cardboard) box and line the lid with Felt. Let your child create monsters as he/she pleases! Remember this is open ended play, so, a mouth can become a nose, an arm can become antenna, anything goes! The more creative the better!
Build a monster
Your child can name his monsters, make up stories and have fun with a few pieces of felt!
