Your young kiddos will have fun with this minion playdough invitation to play!
We are halfway through our Play at Home Series and today it is the letter M. We made cute Minions with playdough!
A yellow batch of our Microwave Playdough and a few accessories made for a fun invitation to play activity starting with M!
I kept it simple for my 4.5-year-old, however, you can add more items to the Invitation to play tray. For example, different colors and types of clothes, other items to add to the face, body etc.
He had fun “building” the minion with the playdough and accessories.
This type of activity is great for body awareness as well. Note how he did not add arms and legs. This was purely play-based and not teaching based so I did not correct him.
He did say the minion below is a girl(because of the eyelashes), so attention to detail is not an issue here, he just forgot to add the arms, I suppose.
The fact is he enjoyed his minion Playdough activity! And it’s a perfect activity for the letter M for this series of use what you have at home and just play!
