It is time for yet another Busy Bag Hop! This month we are focussing on busy bags for little travelers!
I made magnetic buttons, to use on a cookie sheet in the car!
It is really easy to make too! Simply attach magnets to the back of the buttons! And then you will need a cookie sheet, small pencil bag, craft sticicks and a magnetic clip(you can use a regular clip and attach a magnet to it too).
I also made some patterning, and counting sticks, using thick craft sticks and sharpies:
Magnetic toys are always a hit, especially in the car, since it stays contained(or almost) on the cookie sheet. With the craft sticks we practiced patterning and counting.
Without the sticks, we sorted colors, shapes and built pictures.
The pencil bag is attached to the magnetic clip, and when not in use, it packs compactly.
One can change up the magnetic buttons to different shape buttons, or even the letter magnets one gets.
A fun busy bag to take when traveling!
Be sure to check out more busy bags for little travelers:

Great idea! I love how kids can use it to practice patterns or just make things on their own!
