A handy little Dolce sight words booklet to use at home or in the class to practice sight words or simply to assess sight word knowledge.

I have been working on this booklet for a while to get it ‘just right’ and I am happy to say “It’s ready!” There are now two more booklets, see them below.

This booklet contains all the sight words, from pre-primer to grade 3. It provides for reading and writing each word. At the end of a level, there is a fun word search activity too!

Also included are letter tiles. This is an insert you can take out, laminate and use to build the words. This is particularly useful for younger or struggling readers to practice building words- hands-on.

Keep record of progress with this added page. It even has space for stickers because what child does not like stickers, and a place for comments, if needed.

And of course, a game! We do like learning by playing games, right? This game includes words from all the levels and can be played over and over again. It can be played individually or with a playing partner. Use small disks/coins/beads or buttons. Play it with a die. Have another turn when you land on “1 more” or move 2 spaces back when you land on “2 back”. You can only move forward when you can read the word you land on. Continue until you reach win! Fun learning indeed!

Let the learner(s) work through the booklet at his/her own pace for extra revision or use it in addition to your phonics program to get through the syllabus.

Printing tips: print back to back and staple in the middle like you would with a book. Print the cover page in a different color.
