Rainbows! Everyone loves rainbows! Here is a fun, and free, Roll-a-Rainbow playdough mat for your kiddos!

This rainbow playdough mat is not just fun, it has educational value too! It develops number and color recognition together with hand strength when rolling the playdough, just like this Roll-a-Butterfly mat.
How to prepare this activity:
Print and laminate the free printable(instructions to access our Freebies page below) or use it in a protective sleeve. Provide a dice and playdough of the same colors as the dots on the printable.

How to play:
Roll the dice and see what color playdough to use by looking at the rubric below! Roll the playdough into worms and place it anywhere you’d like on the rainbow.
PS- This activity does not focus on the correct sequence of the rainbow colors. The child can decide where he/she wants to place the color playdough he/she rolled. Roll the dice and cover the rainbow until it is totally covered. Each time you play your rainbow can look different!

A colorful way to play and learn at the same time! Enjoy this rainbow playdough mat!

I am having trouble getting the roll a rainbow freebie. It isn’t in the freebie list and I have signed up with my email several times (sorry about that). How can I get this activity?
Apologies, it is there now!
This is actually a great ideaaaaa! Instead of using color, we can use playdough!! Thanks for sharing
So glad you can use it!
