It is Rhyme Time! This week we have the popular rhyme Humpty Dumpty!

Humpty Dumpty

Have you seen the last rhyme time craft, also from pipecleaners: Incy Wincy Spider?

I made this cutie by using a polystyrene egg, pipecleaners and markers. Easy peasy!

materials needed
First decide on what colours you want to use for Humpty’s clothes. I simply drew on the clothes with the markers.

Then adding the facial features and googly eyes.

The pipecleaners were used for his arms and legs. And if you want to add a hat, you can roll the pipecleaner into a cone shape. Voila: a hat!

Our Humpty Dumpty lesson was loved by my 5 year old and 2.5 year old alike! Now we need to find time so that they each make their own Humpty. I will update soon with pictures!
