Here is super fun free printable crackers idea for the kids to celebrate the New Year. Color-in New Year crackers or bonbons as it is known in Australia! (It will be updated each year.)

New Year Crackers pin

Let the kids color in the printable crackers, then fill it with all kinds of things, eg. candy, confetti, small gifts, jokes etc. You can add a friction strip too(usually it is available at craft shops this time of the year).

UPDATED 2023

There are 6 designs and a blank design for children to decorate as they wish! Simply color or paint it, or, add more bling to it by using glitter or glitter glue!

Another fun idea is to hide a clue in each cracker for the kids to figure out where to find the next cracker. In the end, one can have a surprise to ring in the New Year, perhaps a few real firecrackers or glowsticks to light up outside?
