This felt gingerbread men garland is fun to make and so easy too! The kids will love to decorate them and you only need a few materials to make this festive garland.

You will need:
- The gingerbread man template
- Brown felt
- Googly eyes
- Pipecleaners
- Embellishments example buttons, beads
- String
- Spilt pins
- Glue
What to do:
Print the template, you can resize if you want larger men. Because it’s incredibly difficult to trace on felt, cut the template out. Place the template on the felt and using a marker pen, trace around the template. You can make as many as you like.

Once you have traced all the men, cut them out.
Lay them all next to each other, and decide on decorations. Glue the eyes, for added fun, make them look in different directions. Use a thin red or pink pipecleaner for the mouth.

Cut the pipe cleaner into equal pieces, bend to form a smiley face and glue. Use the white and blue (or any colours of your choice) pipecleaners for the ‘icing” around the legs and arms. Bend in a semi-circle, size around the leg and arm, cut into equal lengths. Glue to the arms and legs.

Glue the buttons, beads or other embellishments down the center of the tummy. If you have small beads or confetti, you can add ‘sprinkles’ To glue very tiny beads, I would recommend using spraying glue. Spray the surface of the object and sprinkle the beads or confetti.

Once the glue is dry, string them together. Use a sharp object and poke a tiny hole through each hand. Join two hands and push the split pin through, from the front, fasten at the back by opening the pins and pushing flat.

Lastly, tie a piece of string to the first and last hands and your gingerbread men garland is ready to be hung.
