Make mini wreath photo frame ornaments with the kids using curtain rings!
We just love making Christmas tree ornaments, especially when it is a photo ornament! I had these wooden curtain rings in my craft room and they just screamed PHOTO FRAME ORNAMENTS. Turned out, they were right!
What you need:
- wooden curtain rings
- paint
- buttons or mini pompoms or any other small objects to decorate
- glitter glue
- felt star
- ribbon/string
What to do:
Painted the the rings first and let them dry.
Once dry, decorate them. We did one with pompoms and the other one with buttons. Your child can do this step all by themsleves or your could help them to make a pattern.
Finish it off with the felt stars, write the date in glitter glue and add it to the ribbon. Lastly, attach photos at the back of the ring.
And your mini wreath ornament is ready to be hung! A lovely keepsake ornament for your Christmas tree!
