It is Freebie Friday, yay! Here is a fun activity for your Minecraft fans- Find the Numbers!

100 or 200 Number charts are great to use to develop all kinds of Mathematical skills(see this game too). We used this Minecraft 200 number chart to find the missing numbers! This calls for higher-thinking- seeing the patterns on the chart and fill in the missing numbers, almost like completing a puzzle.

What you need:
- The FREE printable 200 chart(instructions to gain access to our Freebies page below)
- A piece of paper cut to cover a few numbers at a time(see orange paper)
- Dry-erase pouch
- Dry-erase marker
What to do:
Simply cover some numbers with your piece of paper, let’s call it a cover paper. Start with easier number your child/student will know. Do a few practice runs orally.

Now slip the chart into the dry-erase pocket. Slip the cover paper also in and cover numbers. Let the child now write the missing numbers.

Remove the cover paper and check if the written numbers are the same, the child can do this him/herself. Almost like a self-checking tool!

A fun way to develop number sense and orientation on a number chart! I’m sure your Minecraft fans will love this! Get the printable on the Freebies page now!
