Here is a fun little snowflake busy box idea for those in the Winter season- and those in the Summer season, save it for later!

Making snowflakes are great fun for little hands AND it also develops a bunch of skills, fine motor and symmetry recognition to just name a few.
This little busy box is so fun to take along on road trips, to restaurants or simply to use at home.
What you need:
- FREE snowflake cards(get it on our Freebies page, access info below)
- small box(this is a wipes container)
- piece of felt
- straws
- earbuds
- pipecleaners
- beads or sequins
- any other small items that fit with the theme

How to make this busy box:
Line the box with a piece of felt. This just prevents small pieces from moving around too much. Cut the straws and earbuds shorter. Add the other bits and pieces. Print and laminate(if you wish) the snowflake cards. And done!

Make snowflakes! The cards are simply there for inspiration, it does not have to be copied exactly, but it does help younger children to visualize the snowflake better.
