This week we, myself and other awesome kid bloggers, are sharing all things kid-made AND all things Christmassy during our Kid-made Christmas series! These kid-made pipecleaner and pompom Christmas cards are SO cute and pretty easy to make too!

During this weeklong series you will find inspiration to kid-made cards, ornaments and gifts. Check out the schedule
HERE.
What you need:

  • pipecleaners
  • mini pompoms(or you can use buttons/beads)
  • felt(or cardboard)
  • cardboard for cards
  • glue/glue gun Christmas cards1

How to make these cards:

First bend your pipecleaners into Chrismassy shapes- we made a tree, stocking, bauble, candy cane and snowflake. Think gifts, stars, Christmas hats, snowmen etc. But here you can let the kids use their own creativity if they are able, or, you can use the free templates(instructions to download below).
You can make small versions to use as gift tags too;)

Glue the pipecleaner to a piece of colored felt(or cardboard if you like) and then add the pompoms. Again, the kids can decide where a pompom must go to make it their unique creation.

Attach the felt to a card and voila- lovely kid-made Christmas cards! So easy AND so adorable, right? I bet grannies, family members, teachers or friends will love these cards too!
