It’s perfect for counting, number recognition AND perfect for Earth Day!
You will need:
- Color printer or access to one
- White paper/cardboard
- Laminating sheets/dry-erase pockets(optional)
- Pegs/clothespins/paper clip
- Washi tape(optional)
- Dry erase marker(optional)
Totally optional step: Pretty up your pegs with the Washi tape, or simply color with a marker.
Let the students use the pegs (or laminate and use with a dry erase marker) to show the correct number. This involves counting and number recognition. PS- Using pegs help with fine motor skills too.
Make a small mark at the back of the card behind the correct answer for self checking.
