- Chenille stems
- Glue (glue gun recommended)
- Feathers (bird)
What to do:
Paint the discs backgrounds, yellow for the bee, red for the ladybug, orange for the snail and blue for the bird. Remember to paint two of each.
Paint the lids for the heads (two of each), yellow for the bee, black for the ladybug, blue for the bird. Paint a curved craft stick orange for the snail.

Draw the wing areas for the bee and ladybug. Paint the bee’s wings blue and paint black dots on the ladybug. Draw a spiral pattern on the snail and paint dots in different shades of blue on the bird. Use a marker pen and colour alternate lines in black for the bee.

Glue the legs onto the discs and add a craft stick in the center of each, except for the bird. Glue the orange craft stick horizontally onto the snail.
Use more glue, making sure you cover the edges of the discs, take the corresponding disc, check your design aligns and press down firmly.

To construct the heads: glue one-half of the lids to the disc, flip over and glue the second half to the first. insert the antennae before you glue the lids together.
Glue googly eyes to the heads and use a small piece of foam to construct the snail’s face and the beak for the bird. Use the marker pen and draw a friendly smile.

If your garden friends are going to be outdoors, you can spray a layer of clear coat to protect against the elements.
Finish off the bird by adding a few bright feathers and place your garden friends in the garden.
