What to do:

Make a hole in the side of each of the lids. Join the lids using a thin chenille stem. Cut two triangles, the same size out of the red fabric. Stitch or glue the longer sides together. Glue a strip of white fabric to the brim of the hat. Glue the eyes, nose and beard to the white lid. Make a hole in the top of the white lid and thread a piece of string through the hole as well as the hat. Sew a bell to the top, leaving a loop to hang the ornament. Pull the hat over the lid and hold it in place with a dot of glue if necessary.

Finish the Santa with a black and white belt, cut out of fabric and glue it to the body.
