Upcycle bottle caps/tops or lids by making these cute bottle cap Christmas ornaments with your kids this festive season!

For the Snowman
You will need:
- 2 White bottle caps, one slightly larger than the other
- 1 Black bottle cap
- Small piece of cloth
- Buttons
- Googly eyes
- Small pom pom
- Thin black chenille stem

What to do:
Cut the black bottle cap in half. Make holes in the sides of lids. Cut a piece of the black chenille stem, fold it into a loop and thread through the hole in the black lid.
Use a piece of white chenille stem to join the white lids. Glue the black lid to the head of the snowman. Glue the buttons, googly eyes, nose and buttons. Tie a small piece of fabric around the neck.
For Santa
You will need:
- A large red lid
- A smaller white lid
- Fabric scraps in red, white and black
- Googly eyes
- Pom Pom or foam for the nose
- Bell
- Cotton wool
- Needle and thread

What to do:
Make a hole in the side of each of the lids. Join the lids using a thin chenille stem. Cut two triangles, the same size out of the red fabric. Stitch or glue the longer sides together. Glue a strip of white fabric to the brim of the hat. Glue the eyes, nose and beard to the white lid. Make a hole in the top of the white lid and thread a piece of string through the hole as well as the hat. Sew a bell to the top, leaving a loop to hang the ornament. Pull the hat over the lid and hold it in place with a dot of glue if necessary.
Finish the Santa with a black and white belt, cut out of fabric and glue it to the body.
