Are you planning on giving gifts(or are forced to in a class) on Valentine’s Day but need something quick and inexpensive but still cute? I have the answer! These printable Valentines are versatile since you can add ANYTHING blue, whether it is candy or a toy, it sure would be loved by friends and classmates. Print this free printable cards (instructions below), raid your local dollar store for all things blue and you have fun gifts ready for Valentine’s Day.

We have opted to use some candy: sherbet, sour candy, sherbet straws and fish mallow since we had left over sweets from the Shark Party earlier this year.  Together with a few blue items we had around the house to show you the idea.

Simply attach the items with sticky tape to the card, let your child fill in his/her name and there you go! Ready to be handed out during a class party or on Valentine’s Day to friends and family.

This idea is not only great because it is frugal, but also because it is versatile. You can add anything blue and cater for boys and girls, different ages of children etc. It is also possible to play it safe in terms of dietary restriction in a large group by only adding toys and not sweets. Or, do it half-half so the kids can choose making it more special!
