This scarecrow playdough mat leaves room for creativity where the child can decide which part of the scarecrow to make which color.
Use the Roll-a-Scarecrow mat to make cute scarecrows while developing number and color recognition. Simply print, laminate or use a dry-erase pocket, gather the playdough and a die, then have fun rolling a scarecrow!
Roll the die, and find the number that you rolled on the color rubric below to see which color playdough to use.
“Color” any part of the picture with that color playdough. Fill the whole picture in that manner. Use a toothpick or the end of a paintbrush to make a face for the scarecrow.
